Hi, I’m Ashley
I’ve been privileged to witness the courageous moments when people pause, question, and choose differently. Those moments are rarely dramatic from the outside — but they are often life-changing from within.
My own path here has been shaped by several major career and life transitions. I began my professional life in finance during the global financial crisis of 2008, navigating early career decisions as an immigrant in an uncertain system. In 2013, I followed a deeper pull toward creative work and transitioned into design — first as a freelancer working around the globe, and later within large technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Over more than a decade, I led and coached creative teams, working on forward-looking initiatives involving emerging technologies. In 2023, I made another significant shift: I left my corporate role managing Meta’s virtual reality research team to pursue a portfolio career as a professional coach, startup consultant, and exhibiting artist.
I feel grateful for leading a life that’s fulfilling and expansive, although it’s never easy. Creative, intentional living requires continuous reflection, honesty, and choice. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with my own coaches during periods of doubt and transition, clarifying what mattered to me and how I wanted to move forward in each chapter of my life.
That personal work is what ultimately led me to pursue rigorous coach training and certification. Today, I bring both lived experience and professional discipline to my coaching — supporting thoughtful, capable professionals as they navigate moments of change and decide how they want to live and work next.
Outside of coaching, I practice meditation and yoga, and I find grounding and inspiration in nature, art, and time spent across different cultures. I look forward to getting to know you.
“There will be times when standing alone feels too hard, too scary, and we’ll doubt our ability to make our way through the uncertainty. Someone, somewhere, will say, ‘Don’t do it. You don’t have what it takes to survive the wilderness.’ This is when you reach deep into your wild heart and remind yourself, ‘I am the wilderness.’”
